Execution & operations system
The price, deliverables, payment terms and conditions for the system described in "How the system works" (31 Oct 2026): one system, built in four phases, one after another.
Paid phase by phase, never in advance for work that hasn't started.
- Phase 1: ₹65,000, live on your pilot site in 2 weeks from kick-off.
- Each phase: 50% when it starts, 50% when it goes live on a real project.
- Each phase builds on the one before. The system is complete after Phase 4 (page 2).

One system, completed in four phases
Each phase uses the data collected by the phases before it. Phase 1 starts all nine results the system is built for, the later phases complete them, and all nine are in place after Phase 4.
Phase 1 · Foundation
A dated plan for every project, and every site reporting on WhatsApp each day. Everything the later phases check, cost and bill comes from this data.
Starts all nine results on page 2
- 1.1Projects, teams and roles
Create a project with its name, client, site location pin and check-in radius, contractor, start and target dates. Add the PM, site engineer and supervisors with their WhatsApp numbers and roles.
- 1.2Work calendar
Working days (Monday to Saturday), site hours and holidays for each project. Every date, target and reminder in the system follows it.
- 1.3BOQ import
Your civil and interior BOQ Excel files imported in your own format: sections, items, sub-lines by floor or room, units and quantities, with your item numbers kept exactly as they are.
- 1.4AI activity plan with dates
The AI turns every BOQ line into activities in your SOP order, with crew, days, and start and finish dates. The PM edits any date, crew or activity, adds or removes activities, then approves. The approved plan is saved as the baseline.
- 1.5Site Hub WhatsApp number
A new number connected to your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's official sign-up, with the message templates approved by Meta. Supervisors get a welcome message when they are added to a project.
- 1.6Check-in and check-out
Supervisors share their location on arrival and at the end of the day. The system checks the distance from the site pin and records the time.
- 1.7Today's plan card
After check-in, each supervisor gets that day's activities, targets and planned crew, taken from the approved plan.
- 1.8Morning and evening updates
Short WhatsApp forms for each activity: crew count by trade in the morning; quantity done in sq ft or m³, materials used and photos in the evening. Free text and voice notes in Kannada, Hindi or English are read by AI and filed under the right activity, and the AI asks when it is unsure.
- 1.9Progress against the BOQ
Quantity done for every activity and BOQ line, project progress by quantity (not percentage guesses), and a dated photo timeline for each activity.
- 1.10Reminders for missing updates
A WhatsApp reminder to the supervisor at 10:00 if the morning update is missing, and at the end of site hours if the evening update is.
- 1.11Dashboard on web and PC
Home screen and project pages with every site's plan, updates, photos and progress, live, and a login for each person. It works in any browser and installs on a PC like an app.
- 1.12Pilot and onboarding
Live on one pilot site, with a few of your current projects loaded, and a walkthrough for the office team and the supervisors.
Phase 2 · Control
The system starts checking every update against your plan, BOQ and specs, raises problems the same day, suggests how to recover when work slips, and writes the reports.
Builds on Phase 1Completes Every site's day, without phone calls · Delays caught early and recovered
- 2.1Activity checklists
Each activity carries its checklist, for example excavation: total-station points, line marking, diagonal check, benchmark, excavation to level, pit sizes and tube level. Supervisors tick steps with photos; your team can add or edit steps on the dashboard.
- 2.2Materials against your spec
Materials used are compared with the norms in your BOQ specifications, for example 7.8 bags of cement per m³ of M20, with an allowed wastage that you set. Anything above it is flagged.
- 2.3Quantity against the BOQ
Work done over or under the BOQ quantity is flagged on its line, for example excavation of 196.4 m³ against 185 in the BOQ. Extra work is marked so it can be billed to the client.
- 2.47- and 3-day warnings
The PM is told 7 days and 3 days before each activity starts, with the crew and materials it needs, so they are ready in time.
- 2.5Crew and output alerts
A crew below plan in the morning, or output below the day's target in the evening, raises an alert showing the ₹ cost of the lost work at your labour rates.
- 2.6Escalation matrix
Who receives each alert and when it moves up: supervisor, site engineer, PM, operations head, Sandesh sir. Closing an alert needs a reason, which stays on record.
- 2.7Re-planning
When work falls short, every later date is recalculated, skipping Sundays and holidays, and recovery options are shown with their cost: more crew, longer hours or new dates. The PM approves on WhatsApp or the dashboard, and every change is recorded.
- 2.8Schedule view
A chart of each project's plan against its baseline, with a look-ahead of the next 7 days across all sites.
- 2.9Reports and the 7 PM digest
A daily progress report and a weekly report for each project, as PDF or Excel, ready for the Monday meeting, and a 7 PM WhatsApp summary of every site to Sandesh sir and the PMs. Each shows the work done, what is late and the open alerts with their ₹ cost.
Phase 3 · Materials and costs
Every material request, purchase and site cost is tracked against the BOQ, and drawings reach site in their latest revision.
Builds on Phases 1 and 2Completes No material request lost, none wasted · Every rupee against its BOQ line
- 3.1Material requests
Requests from site on WhatsApp become tracked items. Each is checked against the BOQ balance and stock, approved with one tap, ordered, and confirmed on delivery with the quantity received and a challan photo.
- 3.2Site stock and reconciliation
Stock for each site, calculated from deliveries minus use. A monthly count on site reconciles it within the wastage you allow.
- 3.3Purchase orders and bills
Orders are matched to BOQ quantities, and uploaded bills are checked against your rate list (landing rates). Orders above the BOQ and rates above the list are flagged.
- 3.4Costs on every BOQ line
Porter charges, transport between sites and petty cash are entered against the BOQ line they belong to, so every line shows its full cost.
- 3.5Drawing register
Drawings for each project with locked revisions (R0, R1, R2) and their history. A new revision goes to site on WhatsApp with a record of who received it, and client revision rounds are counted against your SOP limit of two.
- 3.6Role dashboards
Separate home screens for the CEO and operations head, PMs, site engineers and the office, each showing the alerts, approvals, materials and costs that person acts on.
Phase 4 · AI BOQ, billing and handover
The system comes full circle: BOQs drafted from your drawings, client bills from measured work, ratings and output norms from your own site data, and a final report at handover.
Builds on Phases 1 to 3Completes Client bills from measured work · BOQs in hours, not days · Plans that match your real crews · Contractors and staff rated on facts · A full record at every handover
- 4.1AI BOQ maker
An assistant on the dashboard drafts BOQs in your format from drawing take-off tables, your specification library and your rate list. It flags missing items and missing norms, a person confirms every quantity, and the BOQ exports to Excel and PDF.
- 4.2BOQ versions
Estimate, measured at site and executed versions of every BOQ, with each change and who made it.
- 4.3Material tags on drawings
The AI suggests material tags from each drawing's text and your specs; interior materials, chosen per project, get their own tag option. Your team approves every tag.
- 4.4Steel cutting plan
A cutting plan and expected wastage for each structural member, built from the drawing's bar schedule and following your sample plans. A person checks it before use.
- 4.5Client running bills and invoices
Bills to clients from measured BOQ work, with previous bills deducted, plus payment requests that are sent and tracked.
- 4.6Vendor list for each location
Local vendors and their contacts recorded when you survey a new location, linked to the materials they supply.
- 4.7Ratings
Contractors rated on crew supplied, output, delays, material wastage and rework across projects; site engineers and PMs on update discipline and work finished on time.
- 4.8Your own output norms
Output per worker per day for each activity, learned from your own site data, so new plans use your real numbers.
- 4.9Snag list and final report
A snag list with photos, owners and sign-off before handover, and a final report for each project: BOQ against executed, extra work, costs, bills and contractor ratings.
Optional, quoted separately if you want them
- Customer AI agent on your enquiry number: answers enquiries from your own documents and books studio visits
- All-day location tracking phone app for supervisors
